Jake Delhomme, QB, CAR: In the past four weeks, MIA's defense has been, well, M-I-A. Their 273 passing yards per game allowed to the position is second most in the NFL. They have given up five scoring strikes and three quarterback touchdown runs in that time as well. Delhomme is his usual risky self but is worth the chance this Thursday.
Bernard Scott, RB, CIN: With Cedric Benson (hip) banged up, Scott could see more work in Week 11. Forget Larry Johnson; Scott is first in line to receive the reps. It doesn't hurt having OAK on the docket, either. Scott is a sneaky play in deep leagues.
Derrick Ward, RB, TB: Defense in the Big Easy is regressing. The multi-purpose Ward should enjoy facing a D allowing 184 total yards and an offensive score per game to the position in their past three games. Your flex spot is calling!
Devery Henderson, WR, NO: TB has allowed averages of 12 grabs for 194 yards and 1.33 touchdowns to receivers in their past three games. The yardage ranks second most per game in this time. Henderson has great history (nine catches, five TDs in past five meetings) against TB. Take a chance on the high-flier this week.
Bo Scaife, TE, TEN: Scaife's Week 11 opponent, HOU, has allowed a league-high 12.67 receptions per game to tight ends in their last three clashes. Factor in the 73 yards plus a single score per contest and you're looking at a strong matchup for Scaife. He's a worthwhile play in deep formats.
LenDale White, RB, TEN: BUF's defense is allowing an NFL-high 192.3 yards per game to backs in the past month. They’ve also given up 1.67 touchdowns per contest. White is a closer and doesn't play much if his team isn't sitting on a comfy lead, but don’t worry about that this week.
Ricky Williams, RB, MIA: A matchup made in fantasy paradise: Williams and the run-first Fish versus TB, who has seen more rushing attempts against in the past month than any team in the league. Their 158.0 yards and 1.67 touchdowns per game allowed to backs, rank among the dregs of the NFL.
Terrell Owens, WR, BUF: Anyone remember this TO guy? Anyone? TEN's pass defense has improved recently, to their credit, but they remain one of the softest in the league. The looks have been there (27 in his last three games), and quarterback Trent Edwards (concussion) should return in Week 10.
Donnie Avery, WR, STL: Desperate times call for Donnie Avery! NO's defense has been slipping of late, registering among the 10 worst teams against the position (11.5 catches, 174.5 yards, 0.75 TDs). STL may be playing catch-up most of the day, which bodes well for Avery's fantasy prospects.
Bryant Johnson, WR, DET: The MIN pass defense has yielded 182.0 yards and 1.33 touchdowns per game to wideouts in their last three outings. Johnson has slight fantasy value due to his matchup and Calvin Johnson (knee) seemingly working at less than 100 percent.
