NATURAL DANDRUFF REMEDIES: CAN EUCALYPTUS GET RID OF DANDRUFF?

Many people have tried to get rid of dandruff using eucalyptus – but does it really work?

The essential oils in eucalyptus are often used in the beauty industry as an anti-inflammatory to help soothe itching.

In fact, we use it with mint extracts in Head & Shoulders Itchy Scalp Care.

But there’s nothing in eucalyptus that will tackle the root cause of dandruff.

So while it might get rid of itch temporarily it won’t get rid of dandruff, so it’s almost certain to come back.

Instead, use an anti-dandruff shampoo that contains an active ingredient that tackles the dandruff-causing microbe, Malassezia Globosa.

That’s where Head & Shoulders comes in – we use zinc pyrithione in all our shampoos. It’s been clinically proven in hundreds of studies to get rid of dandruff to leave you flake-free.

And if you’re struggling with scalp itch, try our Itchy Scalp Care shampoo – it contains eucalyptus to soothe the itching and zinc pyrithione to tackle dandruff.

So use it regularly and you can stop dandruff and any related itching from coming back.
